FiestaJAM is a music festival that celebrates the singer-songwriter while bringing awareness to the needs of youth music education. This year is a 3 day festival on Thursday. Friday and Saturday at Lakeside Pavilion. Single event tickets and 3 day passes available.

Singer-songwriter contest is in honor of the late Kent Finlay, founder of the iconic Cheatham Street Warehouse, where the careers of George Strait, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Randy Rogers,  Todd Snider, James McMurtry, and Terri Hendrix were launched. Next winner announced April 2025.
